Tracey Ballas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community service, education, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator at Wexner Heritage Village since August 2022, Tracey recruits, trains, and retains volunteers while fostering community collaboration and donor engagement. As Chief Customer Officer at APPORTIS since May 2020, responsibilities include business development and customer satisfaction for a cloud-based software platform serving healthcare and educational sectors. Previously, Tracey operated as a consultant and trainer to establish and manage before-and-after-school programs. Notable achievements include founding the National AfterSchool Association and holding various leadership roles at the Ohio Development Services Agency, where initiatives focused on homelessness support and energy assistance for low-income residents. Additionally, Tracey has led efforts to create resources for after-school professionals through leadership positions at School-Age NOTES and its foundation.
