Hoang Thu Truc Nguyen, also known as Natalie Nguyen, has extensive experience in community management and marketing. Currently serving as a Community Manager at WeWork since January 2019, Nguyen has also held roles as Acting Community Manager and Community Lead within the same company. Prior to this, Nguyen worked at Daewon Co., Ltd as a Market Research and Planning Supervisor and Communication Manager from April 2018 to December 2018, and previously as a Project Executive at Fireworks Trade Media Pte Ltd from June 2015 to December 2017. Nguyen holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Sydney University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Business Management from The Australian National University (2012-2015). Additional education includes Foundation Studies in Business/Commerce from The Australian National College (2011-2012).
