Kengo Adachi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, marketing, and program coordination. Currently serving as General Manager at Wetzel's Pretzels, LLC since July 2021, Kengo has successfully opened Utah’s first Wetzel's Pretzels food truck, overseeing operations, team management, and marketing efforts. Kengo also holds the position of Influencer Campaign Manager at Current Technologies, where responsibilities include managing influencer marketing campaigns and client communications. Previously, Kengo has contributed as an Ambassador for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., and has held various roles in sales, brand ambassadorship, program direction, and higher education recruitment. Kengo's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Global Communication from Utah State University.
