Ann-Kathrin Jungk-Brehm currently serves as the Fachstellenleitung Migration Steuerung at Wetteraukreis since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ann-Kathrin served at Regierungspräsidium Gießen for six years as a Trainer, focusing on suicide prevention in the context of the EAEH, and leading the development and coordination of the protection concept for the state of Hesse's initial reception facility. Ann-Kathrin's earlier experience includes serving as a coordinator for the EAEH protection concept and as a residential group leader in secure detention. Ann-Kathrin's career began in social pedagogy and project work with the Zweckverband für Diakonie. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sozialmanagement from FH Münster and a Bachelor of Arts in Soziale Arbeit from Hochschule Fulda.
