Zaky Prabowo has a long and varied work experience. In 2016, they co-founded WeTravel, an online payment platform that helps travel companies transition from paper-based and traditional finances, communication and marketing to digital excellence fit for today's modern travel industry. In 2012, they co-founded Indorelawan, Indonesia's largest volunteer-matching platform, connecting professionals with opportunities to create social impact. Currently, they are taking a role as an adviser. From 2009 to 2012, they served as Director and Special Aide to Senior Minister at the President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4). In this role, they developed multiple executive reports and presentations for the Cabinet Meeting and initiated and established a partnership between Google Earth Engine and the Government of Indonesia. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, specializing in large-scale operations transformation projects in SE Asia and the Middle East. Zaky designed performance management systems and conducted performance diagnostics.

Zaky Prabowo completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Zaky then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2013 to 2015. In 2016 and 2017, they completed a Certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Management from City College of San Francisco.
