Kai Yeow Pua has extensive experience in product management. In their current role as a Senior Product Manager at WeTravel, they oversee the development and enhancement of products. Prior to this, they worked at Polarsteps as a Product Manager, managing product development and strategy.

Before joining Polarsteps, Kai Yeow served as a Product Manager at Crypto.com, where they led cross-functional teams and contributed to the product roadmap using user feedback analysis. At MoneyHero Group, they held the position of Senior Product Manager, managing the local product department and implementing A/B testing experiments for improved conversion rates.

Earlier in their career, Kai Yeow worked as a Product Manager at iMoney Group, where they translated strategic goals into product requirements and collaborated with various teams. Kai Yeow also gained experience at UMAI Restaurant Software, leading a team in developing mobile apps and implementing Agile methodologies.

Kai Yeow's career began as a Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda, where they achieved product market fit and worked on core features. Kai Yeow also co-founded Paperthree, an online printing service, where they managed partnerships and successfully brought the website to market.

Kai Yeow Pua obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Universiti Utara Malaysia, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Kai Yeow Pua also obtained several certifications. These include "Retention + Engagement" from Reforge, which was obtained in September 2022, "Data for Product Managers" from Reforge, obtained in June 2022, "Mastering Product Management" from Reforge, obtained in November 2021, "Stanford Go2Market" from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, obtained in March 2016, "Making software with Ruby on Rails" from The Coding Shophouse, obtained in September 2015, and "Certified LeSS Practitioner" from The LeSS Company, obtained in September 2021.
