Tereasa Diggs has extensive experience in project management and customer service within the logistics industry. Currently serving as Project Cargo Manager Assistant at Westwood Shipping Lines since July 2018, Tereasa has developed skills in managing project logistics. Prior to this role, Tereasa held the position of Customer Service Manager at Interstate Distributor Co. from June 2014 to June 2018, where contributions to customer relations and service excellence were pivotal.
