Thomas Girard, PLS has extensive work experience in the field of surveying. Thomas is currently employed at Westwood Professional Services as a Survey Project Manager since October 2021. Prior to that, Thomas worked at CORE Consultants, Inc. where they held the role of Senior Survey Manager, Associate from February 2016 to November 2021, and Senior Surveyor from February 2014 to February 2016. Before joining CORE Consultants, Thomas worked as a Senior Surveyor at Atwell, LLC from February 2013 to February 2014. Thomas also worked at NV5 as a Chief of Parties from March 2009 to February 2013. Prior to that, Thomas held the position of Project Surveyor at David Evans & Associates from October 1999 to February 2009. Thomas began their career as a Survey Technician at PR Fletcher in 1998 and worked there until 1999. Thomas started their surveying career as a Field Surveyor at Blackwell Associates, where they worked from June 1994 to March 1998.

Thomas Girard, PLS holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island, which they obtained between 1992 and 1995. Prior to attending the University of Rhode Island, Thomas Girard attended Green Mountain College from 1990 to 1992, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In addition to their educational background, Thomas Girard also obtained a certification as a Professional Land Surveyor from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in June 2009.
