Derick Yoro, PE, LEED AP has a significant amount of work experience, spanning over several roles and companies. Derick began their career as an Engineering Technician/Field Engineer at Harding Lawson Associates in 1991 before moving on to Warren S Unemori Engineering as a Project Engineer in 1992. Derick then worked at SSFM International as a Project Engineer from 1999 to 2003, followed by a position as a Project Engineer at Stantec from 2003 to 2004. Derick then became Vice President at G. C. Wallace, Inc. from 2004 to 2013.

In 2013, they transitioned to become a Project Manager at JPL Engineering, Inc. for a few months before joining Cardno as a Senior Civil Project Manager from 2013 to 2014. Derick then worked as a Land Development Project Manager at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from 2014 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Derick held the role of Project Manager at Slater Hanifan Group. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Westwood Professional Services, starting in November 2019.
