Greg Forrest has extensive experience in property management and facility operations, currently serving as a Property Manager at Westwood Financial since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of retail commercial properties and overseeing budgets, tenant relations, and vendor management. Prior to this role, Greg was an Assistant Commercial Property Manager at FarrMont Realty Group, overseeing the operations of a diverse commercial portfolio. Experience also includes management positions at LIFETIME FITNESS and XSport Fitness, focusing on operations, finance, and customer satisfaction. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Community Health/Management from Eastern Illinois University and is pursuing an Associate Membership in Commercial Real Estate Management through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
