Cariel H. Surman, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Westwood Financial, having held multiple roles within the company since October 2019, including Human Resources Associate and Executive Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes fitness and management positions at Gold's Gym SoCal Group and Gold's Gym Richmond, VA, where responsibilities ranged from Group Fitness Director to Back Office Manager. Cariel has also demonstrated talent in the performing arts as a Professional Actor with Virginia Repertory Theater. Earlier, as a Resident Management Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer, administrative and accounting support was provided for residential property management.
