Erica Melvin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Westside Family Healthcare since February 2020. Previously, Erica served as a Registered Nurse at ChristianaCare from June 2013 to May 2020, occupying roles in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and as Assistant Nurse Manager in Surgical Critical Care. Additionally, Erica was a Nursing Instructor at Delaware Technical Community College from January 2017 to July 2017. Academically, Erica attained a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Post-master’s certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University, along with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution. The educational journey began with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Delaware Technical Community College.
