Julien Joyau serves as the Operations Director for Packaging Machinery & Automation at WestRock Company since January 2021, having previously held the position of Operations Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at Valeo, where Julien was the APU Manager for both Thermal Systems in Spain, overseeing a workforce of 250 and 60 million euros in sales, and Lighting Systems in Russia, managing 80 employees and 20 million euros. Earlier roles at Valeo involved responsibilities as a Method Project Engineer for various automotive lighting projects in France and as a Method Production Engineer trainee. Julien holds a degree in industrial engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and completed an Executive Development program at CEDEP in Fontainebleau.
