Jay Worth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the paper industry, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at WestRock Company since November 2018. In this role, Jay oversees the Quality Management System and product quality at the Longview Mill, successfully implementing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards in 2021. Prior to this position, Jay held various logistics and management roles, including Mill Logistics Manager at both WestRock and KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation, managing significant shipping operations and implementing advanced manufacturing systems. Jay's career also includes notable experience at LONGVIEW FIBRE PAPER & PACKAGING INC. as an IT Business Architect and roles as Superintendent and Foreman at LONGVIEW FIBRE CO. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Washington.
