Thierry Char has been working as a Software Development Lead at WesTrac Cat since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer for the same company from March 2019 to February 2023. Before joining WesTrac Cat, Thierry worked as a Software Developer at Zetta from July 2008 to March 2019.

Thierry Char completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree at The University of Western Australia from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions. These include Microsoft 20486 - Developing ASP.NET Core MVC Web Applications from DDLS in July 2021, Microsoft 10987 - Performance Tuning and Optimizing SQL Databases from DDLS in October 2020, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Web Applications Charter Member from Microsoft in September 2016. Thierry also holds certifications such as MCD Integration and API Associate (Mule 3.7) from MuleSoft in March 2016, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Developer 2008 from Microsoft in March 2014, and Microsoft Certified Professional in November 2013.
