Neil Roberts has over 35 years of experience in the mining and heavy vehicle maintenance industries. Currently serving as the Mining Business Manager for the Western Region of NSW at WesTrac since 2008, Neil has held various positions within the company, including Bathurst Branch Manager and Mining Project Manager for Barrick Gold. Prior to WesTrac, Neil worked at Gough & Gilmour in roles ranging from a Plant Mechanic to Project/Branch Manager, and at Comalco Aluminum as a Heavy Vehicle Plant Mechanic managing major rebuilds. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Workshop Manager at Halvorsen Cruisers and completing an apprenticeship with Cummins Diesel Sales Corp. Neil is a graduate of TAFE NSW with a degree in Heavy Vehicle Plant Mechanics and attended Carlingford High School.
