Jared Schmidt, RSE, currently serves as the Manager of Industrial Repairs at Westpower since June 2021, overseeing program management, business development, and aftermarket sales in Alberta while ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Project Coordinator at Blackstone Industrial Services and Service Supervisor at Wajax, where responsibilities encompassed team management, service revenue oversight, and adherence to ISO standards. Prior positions also include Shop Foreman and Shop Technician at Wajax, as well as Millwright and Lead Hand roles at Hydro Scotford Inc., focusing on centrifugal pump repairs and team collaboration. Jared holds a Journeyman Millwright degree and a Red Seal Millwright Certification from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
