Scott Brooks serves as the Executive Chairman of Liv Communities LLC since January 2008 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Brooks Capital Management, a position held since May 1997. Additionally, Scott Brooks became a Partner at Westplan Investors in March 2023. Scott Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business, where enrollment occurred from 1993 to 1997, and attended Culver Academies from 1989 to 1993.
