Rom Lee is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in change management and transformation programs. Currently serving as Senior Change Communications Manager in the Chief Transformation Office at Westpac since March 2021, Rom has contributed to key initiatives like Procurement Transformation and Complaints Transformation. Previous roles include Program Communications Manager at AMP, where responsibilities encompassed responses to the 2018 Banking Royal Commission and various Wealth assignments. Rom's diverse background also includes leading communications at Commonwealth Bank and TAL Limited, as well as a brief tenure in English teaching in Japan. Rom holds a Master of Public Relations and Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UNSW, along with certifications in Digital Marketing and English Language Teaching.
