Kim Rook has extensive experience in service management and process engineering, primarily with Westpac since October 2012, where roles have included Service Quality Manager, Program Manager for Cloud Services, and Principal Service Manager. Key responsibilities have involved developing and implementing a Technology Framework and providing thought leadership to align IT and business strategies. Additionally, Kim Rook led a project as a Program Manager for a Global Service Delivery Centre during a secondment and previously served as Project Director at Westpac, managing service management programs. Earlier in the career, Kim Rook held senior management positions in channel operations at Westpac Banking Corporation and customer service management at GE Commercial Finance Australia.
