Gayle Freeman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and supplier capability, currently serving as Senior Manager Supplier Management at Westpac New Zealand since December 2020. Prior to this role, Gayle held various positions including IT Continuity & DR Manager at Kiwibank and Service Delivery Manager at ACG Education. Gayle's career includes significant tenure at Sanlam Investments, culminating in a role as Head: IT Services, where accountability for IT Governance and delivery of IT Services was maintained across multiple business areas.
