Shelby Anderson is an experienced educator and leader in youth ministry with a history of roles that emphasize teaching, program development, and staff mentoring. Currently serving as a 7th Grade English Teacher and Middle School Administrative Assistant at Westminster Christian Academy since December 2020, Shelby previously participated in a Year-Long Residency Program at The Crossing, where skills in ministry and leadership were honed. Prior experience includes directing female personnel and programming at Kanakuk KampOut!, as well as various support roles at Kanakuk and The University of Alabama Honors College. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication and Film and Psychology from The University of Alabama, along with a post-graduate degree in Leadership and Biblical Studies from the Kanakuk Institute.
