Craig Martin has a comprehensive background in dairy technology and management, beginning with a Diploma in Dairy Technology from Massey University, obtained from 2004 to 2008. Craig has been with Westland Milk Products since 2010, holding several key positions including Cream Products Process Manager since April 2022, and previously serving as the Cream and Protein Products Plant Manager, Cream Products Plant Manager, and Cream Products Assistant Manager from May 2010 to April 2017.
