Anand Mohan Paul is an experienced professional in the field of dairy science and food innovation, currently serving as a Senior Dairy Scientist at Westland Milk Products since May 2023. Prior to this role, Anand held the position of Senior R&D Technologist at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included leading Value Engineering and NPD projects across various FMCG product categories. Anand's earlier experience includes a role as Product Innovation/Development Project Lead at Alliance Group Limited, focusing on sustainability in animal protein coproducts, and a post-doctoral R&D fellowship at Callaghan Innovation. Anand has also contributed as an independent NPD consultant specializing in alternative proteins and has experience in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Auckland. Anand holds a PhD in Food Science from The University of Auckland and a B.Tech. in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal.
