Hayley Brown possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager - HR Business Partner, Regional at Westlake Chemical since March 2017, after previously holding the role of Manager, HR Business Partner - Region 2. Prior to joining Westlake, Hayley worked at Axiall Corporation from October 2013 to March 2017 as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, following a tenure as Senior HR Partner. Hayley's career began at Georgia Gulf Corporation as an HR Partner from 1997 to 2012 and included early experience as a Teacher at Iberville Parish Schools. Hayley holds a B.S. in Secondary English Education from Louisiana State University, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
