Jeff H. has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Jeff started at CEDA International Corporation in 2010, working in corporate and business development. Jeff then moved to WestJet in 2014, where they held various positions including senior analyst in corporate development and planning, head of investor relations, director in the office of the CEO and corporate strategy, and vice-president of corporate strategy and fleet. Most recently, they served as the vice president of commercial development and strategic partnerships at WestJet.

Jeff H. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology/Commerce from the University of Victoria. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
