David Town

Ap1000® Computerized Procedures System Software Lead at Westinghouse

David Town has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career as a Systems Analyst at the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. David then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at FORE Systems from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they joined Ericsson as a Software Engineer and later became a Lead Software Engineer, working on the design and development of software for IP routing products. In 2009, David joined Tollgrade Communications as a Software Engineer V. Finally, they joined Westinghouse Electric Company in 2010, where they held various roles including Principal Engineer, Acting Manager of Human System Interface Applications, and AP1000® Computerized Procedures System Software Lead.

David Town received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 1992. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Science from the same university and successfully completed it in 1996.
