Mark Rosario, PMP®, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mark currently serves as the Director of Operations at Westhill Innovation Inc, where they are responsible for overseeing operational activities. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining Westhill Innovation Inc, Mark worked as an Equipment Purchasing Analyst - Projects at Restaurant Brands International. In this role, they maintained high levels of ticket metrics and ensured customer satisfaction.

Mark also gained valuable experience as a Goodman Group Ambassador - Projects at GSB Goodman Group. Here, they coordinated multiple projects and provided solutions to improve data quality using advanced excel tools.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked as a Logistics Project Coordinator at Globelink West Star Shipping LLC. Mark excelled in securing sales and communicating with the head office in Singapore. Additionally, they collaborated with the head of the Less Container Load department and prepared regular reports.

Mark Rosario, PMP, has a diverse education history. Mark obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University from 2019 to 2021, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016. Mark completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from St Joseph's Engineering College, Mangalore from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Mark Rosario has obtained various certifications. Mark is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, having completed the PMP exam Preparation Course with 35 PDU's on Udemy in February 2022. Mark also received Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)® from LinkedIn in August 2020. Before entering the field of project management, Mark Rosario acquired additional certifications and training in diverse subjects. Mark became a Chareted Engineer [India] from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata in August 2019. Mark received training in Enterprise Resource of Planning (ERP) in the modules of Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Production Planning from Manipal Institute Of Computer Education in July 2016. Mark also obtained certifications in Hydraulics and Pneumatics from Bosch Rexroth India Limited in June 2014 and Six Sigma green belt from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata in March 2014.
