Mary (Dorie) Eades has extensive experience in childcare coordination and industrial insurance management. Since September 2015, Mary has served as the Childcare Coordinator at WestGate Church, overseeing the childcare program and managing hiring and training, while also coordinating and recruiting volunteers as the Weekend Coordinator. Prior to this, Mary held various roles in the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, including Workers' Compensation Claim Manager 3, where responsibilities included managing industrial insurance claims, determining eligibility, and training junior claim managers. Mary's career began in 1984 with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries as a Clerk Typist 3, later advancing to Customer Service Representative 3 before transitioning to claims management.
