Tara McCarthy is an experienced professional in organisational design, development, and coaching, currently serving as Manager of Organisational Design and Development and Change Manager at Westfund Health Insurance since June 2021. With a strong background in coaching leaders through change and business-as-usual operations at High Definition You, Tara has also held significant roles such as Project Manager for the Organisational Performance Review and Improvement Strategy at Blue Mountains City Council and Capability and Customer Experience Manager at Grasshopper Environmental. Earlier experience includes senior advisory roles at Suncorp and Vero, focusing on leadership and change strategies. Tara holds a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership from Charles Sturt University, a Diploma of Management from Management Consultancy International, and a BA (Hon) in English from Flinders University, alongside being a Certified Organisational Coach at Level Two from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
