Lisa Kraus is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in retail lending and sales management. Currently serving as the VP of Retail Lending Underwriting & Processing Manager at Westfield Bank since January 2019, Lisa previously held the role of Vice President, Pipeline & Processing Manager at United Bank from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing the residential lending active loan pipeline and ensuring compliance with regulatory time frames. Prior to that, Lisa served as Vice President, Sales Manager at United Bank, focusing on market expansion in Western Massachusetts and building strategic relationships with referral partners. Lisa started their career at Bank of America Home Loans as Home Loan Manager, overseeing market share growth in Western MA and northern CT, and also held the position of Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at Countrywide Home Loans, leading a high-performing operations and sales team.
