David McGraw is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning several decades in application development and IT infrastructure. Since May 2006, David has held various roles at Westfield, progressing through positions such as Application Developer II, Application Developer III, and Technical Team Lead, focusing on application development and policy processing. Previously, from September 2004 to December 2016, David was the owner of DavLi LLC. David's earlier experience includes working as an Infrastructure Specialist, Research Associate, and System Engineer at Westfield Group/Westfield Insurance from April 1998 to 2006, along with a role as IT Specialist at The Will-Burt Company from March 1991 to April 1998. David holds an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from ETI Technical College.
