Laurent Wauters-Herlyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Head Of Strategy & Innovation for Production & Engineering at Westfalen AG since September 2017, Laurent focuses on the strategic development and digital transformation of filling plants through advanced technologies. Previously held roles include Head Of Engineering, Project Management Director, and Project Manager in Plant Engineering at Westfalen AG, as well as Project Manager in Chemical Engineering at SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH. Academic credentials include a Diplom in chemical engineering with a focus on environmental engineering from RWTH Aachen University, along with additional studies in Spain through the Erasmus program. Laurent has also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the owner of Freakin'Beatz and Executive Director of Boogieproject S.N.C.
