Kent Douglas possesses extensive experience in the equipment and rail industries, having held various roles over a career spanning several decades. Currently employed at Westerra Equipment since September 2021, Kent previously served as Director of Service and New Builds for the Rail Division at Falcon Equipment, where management efforts led to the expansion of the shop from one inefficient bay to four efficient bays within five years. Prior to this, Kent worked at PNR RailWorks, overseeing equipment and fleet repair budgeting, and progressing from Shop Foreman to Equipment Manager. Early career roles included mechanic positions at Valley Rite Mix and Ferguson Supply Equipment. Kent's educational background includes studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1985.
