Joseph Smecker serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Western Washington Medical Group, overseeing a network of primary and multi-specialty care practices in Snohomish County. With a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based healthcare, Joseph has also held positions as Director Of Operations and Physician Practice Manager for cardiology at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Washington Autism Alliance and Advocacy, focusing on support for children with autism in Washington State, and holding the role of Physician Practice Manager II at Northwest Hospital & Medical Center. Joseph's career began at Harvard Partners as Director of Operations, where responsibilities included expanding referral networks and managing a sales team. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, alongside additional educational pursuits at Griffith University.
