Diana C. is an accomplished health professional with extensive experience in primary health care management and workforce development. Currently serving as the Practice Facilitator Manager at Western Victoria Primary Health Network since February 2018, Diana manages and coordinates the Practice Facilitation team and the Doctors in Secondary Schools program. Previous roles include Practice Facilitator, Primary Care Consultant, and My Health Record Support Officer at Ballarat Health Services. Diana's earlier career includes significant contributions to the Northern Territory PHN, where responsibilities included implementing workforce programs to attract and retain health professionals in rural areas.
