Steph Leondidis is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as the Match Day Operations Events Manager at Western United Football Club since October 2022. Over the years, Steph has held significant roles including Head of Women's Football at Collegians Football Club since November 2020, and various positions at Football Victoria from February 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included NPL & Cup Competitions Coordinator and Club Development Officer. Previous experience includes working as a Supporter Experience Officer at Richmond Football Club and a Community Outreach Assistant at Carlton Football Club. Steph began a career in the workforce as a Pharmacy Assistant at Chemist Warehouse. Academically, Steph earned a Bachelor's Degree from La Trobe University between 2013 and 2015 and completed high school education at Camberwell Girls Grammar School and Canterbury Girls' Secondary College.
