Gustavo Souto is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Coordenador de TI and Tech Lead at Rethink Tecnologia since February 2019, where leadership includes managing a team of front/backend developers and QA testers for large-scale applications. Previous experience as a Software Developer involved web and mobile development using technologies such as React, React Native, Java, and AWS, with a strong focus on agile methodologies. Prior to Rethink, Gustavo completed an internship at Barra Sete Engenharia, focusing on public bidding budgets and performance analysis of active contracts. Gustavo Souto graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2018.
