Michelle Souza, MBA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. From August 2021 onwards, they have been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Western Tool & Supply. Prior to that, Michelle was the Director of Finance at the same company since July 2020.

Before joining Western Tool & Supply, Michelle worked at Martin Brower, starting in March 2006. Michelle'sroles at Martin Brower included Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Compliance, Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting, and Accounting Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for various financial functions such as financial analysis, reporting, and managing budgets.

Additionally, Michelle also worked as a Senior Accountant at Aqua Pool and Spa from January 2005 to March 2006. During their time there, they implemented efficient processes for contract management and accounts receivable.

Earlier in their career, Michelle worked at Community Hospice Management as a Senior Accountant from December 2002 to December 2005. Michelle'sresponsibilities included managing accounting functions, financial analysis, and budgeting for two non-profit companies.

With their diverse experience in finance and accounting, Michelle Souza is well-equipped for their current role as Chief Financial Officer and has a strong background in financial management.

Michelle Souza, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Saint Mary's College of California from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, where they attended from 1991 to 1993.
