Vanessa Stokes is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project management and technology leadership. Currently serving as the IT Service Operations Manager and Acting Chief Technology Officer at Western Sydney Local Health District since March 2016, Vanessa has also held the role of Project Assurance Specialist. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at City of Ryde and various positions at Parramatta City Council, where responsibilities spanned ICT Project Manager, Project Manager, and Business Systems Support Consultant. Vanessa began their career as a Researcher/Analyst at Political Reference Service. Educational qualifications include a Master of Project Management (with Distinction) and an MBA from Charles Sturt University, along with multiple graduate certifications and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Western Sydney University.
