Nicole Grice is an experienced human resources professional with a robust leadership background across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Western Sydney Local Health District since May 2023, Nicole also holds the position of Director of People Services at the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, a role started in December 2018. In this capacity, Nicole oversees strategic frameworks related to workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee experience.
