Nathan Moore Faidh Chia

Nathan Moore has a diverse work experience in healthcare and education. Nathan is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney. Prior to this, they worked as a Teaching Associate at Monash University. Nathan also co-founded Frameless Interactive, where they aimed to revolutionize eLearning platforms and make education more accessible. In the healthcare sector, they served as the Chief Nursing Information Officer at Western Sydney Local Health District, leading in nursing informatics and advocating for technology adoption. Nathan was also the Lead for Educational Innovation and Technology and a Nurse Educator at the same organization. Earlier in their career, Nathan held various roles at Westmead Hospital, ranging from Clinical Nurse Consultant to Registered Nurse, with a focus on simulation education and critical care.

Nathan Moore FAIDH CHIA received their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Sydney University in 2006. In 2010-2011, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing from the College of Nursing, Australia. In 2014-2015, they completed a Master's degree in Education from the University of Wollongong. Currently, they are studying at the University of Sydney, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine and Health, which will be completed in 2025.

In terms of certifications, Nathan achieved the "Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA)" certification from the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) in May 2022. Nathan also holds the "AIDH Fellow (FAIDH)" designation from the same institution, obtained in 2022. Additional certifications include "MCE: Microsoft Certified Educator" from Microsoft (2020), "Certifcate IV in Training and Assessment" from the Western Sydney Local Health District (2019), and "ALS 2 Instructor" from the Australian Resuscitation Council in 2012. Nathan was also appointed as a Clinical lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney in 2016. Nathan participated in the Australian Clinical Entrepreneur Program (AUSCEP), Cohort 1, but the exact month of completion is not specified.
