Sara Rios is currently working as a Manager in Digital Development at Western & Southern Financial Group, where Sara manages a team of 14 software engineers, 6 technical writers, and contractors. Prior to this, Sara held positions at LexisNexis as a Manager in Software Engineering and at CNT as a Consultant. Sara also worked as a Senior Web Developer and Team Lead, overseeing a team of 5 developers focusing on user experience. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati, Sara has a strong background in software development and technical support.
