Gloria Provencio has extensive experience in the Title Insurance Industry, with a career spanning several decades and multiple roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Title Assistant in the National Division at Western Resources Title since February 2015, Gloria also manages out-of-state transactions. Previously, Gloria held positions at Landsafe Title / Bank of America from November 1996 to June 2014, where responsibilities included complex transaction handling, document review, and addressing post-closing issues as a Mortgage Specialist and Sr. Title Assistant. Earlier career experiences include roles at First Southwestern Title, Lincoln Title Insurance, California Land Title Insurance, and Lawyers Title Insurance, starting from 1979. Gloria's background features a strong foundation in customer service and proficiency in various title and mortgage servicing functions, complemented by ongoing education at California State University, Los Angeles.
