Stacy Turner is an accomplished professional in human resources and management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Training at WRAAA since August 2018, Stacy advises the CEO and Department Directors on personnel matters, ensures compliance with employment laws, and oversees human resource functions including recruitment, employee benefits, and performance evaluations. Prior roles include Manager of Performance Measurement and Quality Initiatives at the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, managing client accounts at Safeguard Properties, and directing operations in state government and private sector environments. Stacy holds an Executive MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
