Account Manager at Western Reporting

Sherri Pearson has over 30 years of work experience. Sherri began their career in 1987 as a Leasing Director and Certified Training Associate for Lincoln Property Company. In 1997, they joined RealPage, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative. Sherri was responsible for serving as a key contact for clients on the Dos RentRoll 2000 program and creating orders for add-on properties and annual renewals. Sherri also promoted sales by educating clients on new technology associated with RealPage web-based applications. In 2005, they joined LeaseHawk f/k/a CallSource as an Account Manager. Sherri was responsible for promoting utilization by hosting account reviews for assigned accounts, presenting business recommendations, managing escalated support cases, and overseeing the implementation process and cancellation recovery. In 2015, they became a Training Account Manager at Grace Hill, Inc., where they were the key contact for assigned accounts and coordinated the setup, implementation, and rollout of a training program based on client customized training needs. Sherri also hosted client meetings to train, provide product updates, and monitor client usage. Sherri Pearson is currently an Account Manager at Western Reporting, Inc./ Inhabit IQ, where they are the primary point of customer contact for assigned accounts and is accountable for successful implementation and use of integrated management software products. Sherri also builds strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Sherri Pearson has pursued education from the University of Central Arkansas. Sherri also holds two certifications: "Ready to Lead" from RealPage, Inc., obtained in December 2019, and a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance, obtained in November 2016.
