Tim Cox is an accomplished Program Manager at Western Power since August 2023, responsible for technical leadership in program planning and governance. Previously, Tim served as Project (Portfolio) Manager at John Holland, overseeing the $1.2 billion Perth Children’s Hospital project. Prior experience includes roles at Raytheon as Country/Program Manager, where responsibilities included global logistics support for U.S. defense programs, and Regional Director in the Russian Far East, managing the Oil & Gas sector. Tim also held the position of General Director at Arctic Construction International, focusing on corporate infrastructure in Russia, and progressed through multiple management roles at TD Bank Group, culminating in Branch Manager. Tim holds an MBA from Kingston University, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia.
