Víctor Amado has over 15 years of experience in construction management and has worked for various companies in the mining and engineering industries. Víctor is currently working as the Construction Manager for the Lithium Expansion Program at Livent. Prior to this, they held roles such as Construction Manager at DRA Global, Construction Site Manager at Worley, and Construction Area Manager at Fluor Corporation. Víctor has also worked as a Construction Manager for companies such as SNC-Lavalin, Monnis International, KAZ Minerals, and Antamina. Víctor Amado has a strong background in managing construction projects and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout their career.

Víctor Amado has an MBA, Master in Strategic Business Administration, with a field of study in Project Business Administration, which they obtained from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Project Management at Universidad ESAN. Additionally, in 2013, they received a Graduate Diploma in Finance from Universidad del Pacífico (PE), specializing in Planning and Financial Control. In 2003, Víctor completed a Programme of Projects Management at Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in Venezuela. Their educational background also includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo between 1991 and 1997, with a field of study in Engineering and Architecture.
