Patricia Hatley, MSSL, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned leadership consultant, coach, speaker, and author with over 30 years of experience in leadership and public relations across various sectors, including corporate and non-profit organizations. As the owner of Patricia Hatley Inc. since June 2013, Patricia has specialized in leadership and culture development, intergenerational dynamics, and best practices for leading in the digital age. Patricia has also worked as an independent contractor for NC Community Colleges, developed online training modules, and authored several books, including "4 Generations @ Work." Notable previous roles include public affairs management at Sprint Nextel and EMBARQ, as well as media and community relations management at CenturyLink.
