Dean Standing Warrior has extensive experience in maintenance operations and electrical services, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Maintenance Operations at Western Municipal Water District since February 2015, with prior roles including Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor. Before joining Western Municipal Water District, Dean worked at South Orange County Wastewater Authority as a Sr. Electrician/SCADA Technician from January 2005 to February 2015 and led as a Control Systems Technician at Lakota Engineered Systems, LLC. Dean's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Ashford University, and an Associate in Science in Electricity from San Diego City College.
